Terrible VPN. Constantly losing game connectivity and being booted to launch screen, even when simply changing instance in-game.

Uninstalled it, and game connectivity has not been an issue since.

I have subscribed for ExitLag and the program is amazing. It does everything as promissed and even more. My ping went from unstables 90-150 to stable at 70-80. I love the program, it even eliminated spikes and packet losses that would happen occasionally.

Made my ping 3 times higher than normally.

i downloaded exitlag wasted hours of my time just for it to not let me change my region said i had to add a region it wouldnt let me then the app would not open every other app on my pc did exept exitlag

Haven't used their product, wanted to know how it works, since it sounds like a bunch of fairy dust for anyone with basic networking knowledge, so I went to their support. Got paired with Oro, who knows nothing about networking, then asked them about their logs policy, after which I got left with no reply for 50 minutes. Also didn't acknowledge my request for a manager.

A question like that should not spook an agent who works for a company that routes your traffic through their servers and should be very easy to answer.

As a bonus, their refund policy is against GDPR.

Edit: After 2 hours I got my answer. They do store your logs, and they will turn them over if asked.

Helped me a little with latency but then the problems started when i decided to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION wich is IMPOSSIBLE i'm about to get a new card number with my bank because everything related with cancel subscription on their website is a total misleading and customer support agent don't know what they are doing. DON'T BUY IT or you will regret

I felt compelled to leave a review after hearing about other experiences on here, I firmly believe that I had cancelled my exitlag subscription but was charged for a renewal which was refused cancellation and refund...
Support is unsympathetic and doesn't care, they know the refund screens are misleading you into believing that your sub has been cancelled but won't refund.
If you choose to use exitlag make sure you get an email confirming your cancellation, otherwise follow it up and make sure that it has been done.

Company violates consumer laws and refuses to issue a refund, regardless of your circumstances. They claim it's "out of their hands" because their ToS illegally permits them to not only refuse to refund you, but to increase the price of your subscription and autorenew it without notifying you whatsoever.
They also claim that even if you paid for the service, only to not be able to use it because their program fails to connect to multiple game servers [eg. Lost Ark and League of Legends] that their product is still "perfectly fine" because it works with other games, or so they claim.
Support staff are completely tone deaf and unempathetic if you express your concerns, and they will always put the blame back on the consumer.

It help my connection better to the games and it help me in FPS with fps boot option what is free!

I can play better in EU from SA, with ExitLag the routes is so amazing.

I cancelled auto subscriptions with them months ago and they're still charging me. Don't use it, sleezy and won't refund you, absolutely garbage

SCAM. Worst customer support ever. They refuse to refund and just give the same reply to every question. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

do not buy this service. i was actually enjoying it for a while. then i decided to not use it anymore, and asked over the phone to stop the service... they said i had already paid for the full period. so i said. well ok... but i dont want it anymore... longstory short... i just got charged AGAIN for a full period, even after explaining i have not used their service in months. and on top of that after a bit of a wait, they said they could just give me some cupons to use in the future.. LOL... at that point i understood that i need to just take this as a joke cause they are for sure not taking me seriously.

exitlag does not work as intended, tons of issues with service and the customer support is almost nonexistent. terrible service and they refuse refunds.
