"Ping improved in most of my games"
I tried ExitLag for about a week, and it actually made a noticeable difference. My ping on the server I usually play dropped from around 140 to about 90-100, which made the whole experience feel a lot smoother. It’s not perfect every time since I sometimes have to switch routes to get the best result, but overall it helped. I’m giving it 4 stars because the setup was a little confusing at first.

"Still Laggy :/"
Packet loss got a little better, but it’s still laggy for me. Not a huge improvement so far :(

"Worth it when the ping actually cooperates"
I didn’t expect to notice much, but on the nights when my ping actually stayed lower, it felt worth it. I mostly game late, which is usually when everything turns into a laggy mess, so seeing it hold steady was a nice surprise. It’s not exactly cheap, and I did have that little voice in my head going, “Do I really need another subscription?” But if it keeps working like this consistently, I’d probably keep it around.

"Works well once you get used to it"
ExitLag has been solid for me overall. It does what I need it to do, and I can usually find the games and routes without too much trouble. The interface can feel a little cluttered at times though, and some menus aren’t super obvious, so it took me a bit to get comfortable with it. It’s not a huge issue, and once you know where things are, it’s fine. I just think a cleaner layout would make it a lot easier for new users.

"Worked fine with anti-cheat for me"
I was a little worried at first, but it worked with anti-cheat on my end without any problems. Did anyone else run into issues with it, or was it smooth for you too?

"Connection feels way more stable now"
I’ve been using ExitLag for a few weeks now, and my connection in games feels a lot more stable. My ping is still around what it normally is, but those random spikes and disconnects have pretty much stopped happening. Setup was straightforward too, so no complaints there. Has anyone else had the same issue with weird ping spikes before using it?

"Helpful once you figure out the right routes"
I mostly use ExitLag because of the manual route control, that’s the part I think a lot of other players will appreciate too. The auto route is fine sometimes, but it can pick a strange path, so being able to switch things myself really helps. It did take me a little while to figure out which routes worked best, but after testing a few, my ping became way more stable and I noticed fewer random spikes in games. I’m not giving it 5 stars because having to change routes manually can get annoying, especially if you just want to jump in and play, but overall it does what I need and I can see it being useful for others dealing with unstable ping.

"Pretty decent, but I’m still not totally sold"
I used it during the free trial it worked fine for what I needed. Nothing really went wrong, which was nice, but at the same time it didn’t completely wow me either. I liked it, but I’m not sure I liked it enough to keep paying for it.

"Good support, just took a little back and forth"
My route wasn’t working the way it should, so I reached out to support. i had a feeling it might turn into a hassle, but they replied faster than I expected and did help get it sorted out. It took a few messages back and forth to fully fix, so I’d say 4 stars feels about right.

"Tried using ExitLag, but this little lag-fixer thing…"
Tried using exitlag, but this little lag-fixer thing just made my PC feel slower. CPU and RAM usage were way higher than I expected, and everything got kind of choppy with it open. For me, it wasn’t worth keeping around

"Pretty solid overall, just needs a little fiddling sometimes"
I’ve been using ExitLag for a few months now, and it’s been decent. My ping doesn’t bounce all over the place like it used to, which is the main thing I cared about. Packet loss seems better too, at least in the games I’m playing. Every now and then it feels a little off and I’ll have to switch routes or just restart it, which is kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. I don’t know, it’s not perfect, but when it’s working right my matches definitely feel smoother and more stable

"I’m giving this 1 star because trying to…"
I’m giving this 1 star because trying to get a refund was frustrating. I reached out expecting it to be straightforward, but it felt like I kept getting vague replies and being sent in circles. Nobody really seemed to acknowledge what I was asking for, which made the whole thing feel dismissive. Maybe ExitLag works fine for other people, but the way the refund was handled left a bad impression on me. I don’t see myself using it again.

"Help Took a While"
The people was nice enough, but getting help took long. I didn’t have a terrible experience, it just felt slow when I needed someone to fix the issue.

"Managing my account was easy…"
Managing my account was easy overall. A few options took me a minute to find, which was a little annoying, but not a big deal. It’s not bad or anything, just... I feel like some things could be labeled more clearly

"Works Fine but Drops Out"
It works okay for the most part, but I get disconnected often, which gets annoying. when it stays connected it’s fine, but the random dropouts make it hard to fully rely on it.

"Not gonna lie, the pricing could be clearer"
Not gonna lie, I found the prices and renewal details a bit confusing. I had to dig around more than I expected just to figure out what I’d actually be paying and when things would renew.

"I signed up for ExitLag thinking it…"
I signed up for ExitLag thinking it would help with my main games, but after I got charged, I realized the ones I actually play weren’t supported. The app didn’t really make that clear upfront, so it felt useless for me. I’m not too worried about future updates or anything, I just wish I had checked the supported games list before paying.

"Works okay, but I wish I’d looked for a better deal"
exitlag has worked decent for me overall, so I can’t really say it’s bad or a ripoff. It does what it’s supposed to do most of the time. I just kind of regret paying what I did because the price feels a little high for the value. I really wish they had a cheaper monthly plan or offered better discounts.

"Pretty quick setup"
Setup was really fast — I’m sure it only took me a few minutes, if that. it was easier than I expected.

"Finally stays connected"
It rarely disconnects now, which is a relief because I was tired of constantly messing with it and trying to get it working again. I still feel like it took more effort than it should have, but at least it’s been much more reliable lately.
